Only when you recognise these weaknesses can you tackle them head on.

Today not only did tackle her head to get her here at the crack of dawn, we also put in place some tools to strengthen her upper back. This weakness was giving her back pain on a regular Basis and a terribly uneven deadlift pattern 😜.
There is no way around it.... You MUST create a solid foundation to build your fitness on, or the walls will eventually crumble!!

Why do you train?

I train so I can "live", run, chase, laugh and jump!
I love to challenge myself, be a better person, mum and friend.
Exercise is a tool, used regularly it enhances and improves me as a person, so I can enjoy my goal of living my best "LIFE".

Why strength training is important: It benefits your heart, improves your balance, strengthens your bones, helps you loose weight, boost your mood, improves your sleep, reduces anxiety and can improve and reduce certain health issues, all while making you feel and look better. Getting your body into this fit and healthy state can also DECREASE your chance of injury. Embrace the strength days and trust the process.
