With the public holiday on Monday, the studio will be closed so our team can enjoy some much-needed R&R. We’ll be back on Tuesday, refreshed and ready to go! 💛

New class plans start Tuesday, and we’ve got some exciting things in store this month.

💪 Super Set is BACK!

One of your member favourites, Super Set is a fantastic way to build strength and muscle by pairing exercises together for an extra challenge. If you have experienced our Super Set classes you know how effective they can be!

🔥 More Upper Body Focus

We’ve listened to your feedback and added more upper-body work into this month’s plans. We know you’ve been asking for it, so we hope you love the extra focus!

🙌 Pilates Props makes a come back

This class is all about making the most of the Pilates accessories we have in the studio. Depending on the session, you might work with the Magic Circle, b***y bands, jump board, Pilates ball, weights and more.

It’s a fun way to add a little something extra to your practice, challenge your body in different ways and bring a whole new dimension to your Pilates workout.

And remember — book your classes for the week or even the whole month ahead. Having your sessions locked in makes it easier to stay committed, stay consistent and keep showing up for yourself.
