Can I be really honest with you for a moment?

For years, I believed being a good partner, mum, friend, or professional meant saying "yes" to everything — and putting myself last.

Mornings felt rushed and heavy. Sometimes, I’d wake up already behind, already in fight-or-flight.
The burnout didn’t arrive loudly… it settled in quietly, until the exhaustion felt bone-deep !

What changed everything wasn’t a big overhaul.
It was giving myself permission to pause.

Just 5 intentional minutes each morning, before the world asks anything of me — to breathe, ground into my body, and gently set the tone for the day.
