💚 Men’s Health Week 💚

This photo captures more than just a crew on the water, it captures the incredible men of the Redcliffe Red Dragons .

Strong, supportive, encouraging and always willing to lend a hand, these men are an important part of our dragon boating family.

Another beautiful Saturday morning on the water for the Snappies! 💕🐉

Flashback to last Saturday, Del took us on an endurance paddle over to the marina and back, covering approximately 4km in total. The bay was absolutely stunning flat, calm, and perfect paddling conditions.

It was great to welcome our two newest ladies back again, along with Brett from Redcliffe Red Dragons joining us on the water.

No boat photos this week, but plenty of smiles, teamwork, and kilometres were shared! 💪☕️

On Sunday, some of our Redcliffe Pink Snapdragons Breast Cancer Dragon Boat Club Inc. paddlers joined the amazing Coastal Breast Friends crew on the beautiful Maroochy River for a training paddle and morning tea as we continue preparing for the 2026 IBCPC Festival in France.

It was a fantastic opportunity to paddle alongside breast cancer survivors and supporters from clubs across Queensland, all coming together with a shared goal, representing Australia in the French Alps this August. 💜

There were plenty of smiles, lots of laughter, great conversations, and of course some valuable time on the water as we build friendships, fitness, and team spirit ahead of the journey.

A huge thank you to the Coastal Breast Friends for their warm hospitality and for bringing everyone together for such a wonderful morning.

The countdown is officially on…
