Nothing better then getting outdoors with the youngins. It makes being active more fun and doable with kids. And their imaginations go wild!!🌱✨I find if I’m not able to get in a work out, at least getting outside with my son definitely helps me to get moving, but also feel like we did something productive with our day regardless. Plus helps the lil energizer bunnies burn their energy ! Happy weekending!! We off to the beach with all the fam!- get outside my friends, it’s invigorating 🤙🏽
