The gym specializes in the art of the 8 limbs; Muay Thai and the pugilistic form of Boxing. Our trainers are specialists within their disciplines and teach innovative ways without compromising the honor

able traditions that bring out the best in individuals - whether it be preparation for a fight, increasing fitness, weight loss or just accomplish personal goals, our trainers are there for you. Not only do have they extensive experience as trainers but they also possess real fight experience. We encourage a ‘no ego’ environment and instill a community of members who always look out for each other.
