The exam period is here.

We know this time of year can be stressful. Study, assignments, and exam preparation often take over, and looking after your own health can quickly fall to the bottom of the priority list.

But taking care of your physical and mental wellbeing is more important than ever during exam period. Regular movement, a change of environment, and taking a break from your study can help improve focus, reduce stress, and leave you feeling more prepared when exam day arrives.

To support UTAS students during exams, UniGym is offering FREE gym access from Tuesday 9 June to Saturday 13 June.

No membership is required. Simply visit UniGym reception during staffed hours to get started.

Whether it’s a workout, a walk on the treadmill, or just some time away from your desk, this is your reminder to take a moment for yourself.

👑 King’s Birthday Public Holiday Reminder

On Monday 8th June UniGym will only be accessible via member fob access from 5:00am – 12:00am.

Please note that there will be no group fitness classes running on the public holiday and our normal timetable will resume Tuesday 9th.
