When I talk about the teacher training program, one of the biggest investments you are making is in the community you build in the training.

I feel so blessed to have been able to interview my dear friend, Erinn Arizcoretta after over 14 years finishing Dharma Yoga Training together.

Erinn was already an amazing teacher and she has always been someone I have looked up to, sought companionship with and loved having this deep conversations about life and practice.

We do go into the depths with this one! And I'm so happy to share her brilliance and love.

Our very own long-time community member Penny has become a trusted leader in Hobart for matrescence coaching and for supporting the nervous systems of mothers through workshops and coaching.

This weekend, we’re partnering with her to offer a special 2-hour workshop: The Yoga of Motherhood.

Motherhood asks us to be intentional. To make space. To keep returning to ourselves.

Make space this Sunday and join matrescence coach and yoga teacher Penny Jones for an embodied exploration of motherhood as a route back to your centre.

Together we’ll sit, ground, and explore six pillars — Kindness, Strength, Value, Grace, Trust, and Connection — as signposts to help navigate motherhood with clarity and wholeness.
