Today has been a super fun and new experience for our Fit for Life crew!

We were lucky enough to participate in…puppy yoga! Yes, puppies running around during yoga! There were lots of cuddles in a lovely soothing environment.

We will be back next month 😊

Today has been a fun road trip with our Fit for life crew.

We spent the day at Rayners Orchard, which was lovely in the fresh air in the sunshine.

We started off with a buffet lunch, there was something for everyone.

After lunch we went on a tour on the tractor where we stopped at different orchards. We stopped to pick different fruit, tasted them and got to take them home such as oranges, mandarins, lemonade lemons, kiwi fruit, dragon fruit and Macadamia nuts which we learnt how to crack open.

It was overall a lovely day out.

Today our Fit for Life crew had a fun and creative day attending a Mosiac workshop.

Ouf participants worked with small glass pebbles, experimenting with colors and textures.

Each mosaic turned out amazing!

To finish off the day the group explored different op shops.

Overall a perfect day for a cold day in Melbourne.

Today has been a super fantastic day with our Fit for Life crew.

First stop was lunch at our local hang out, Tai Wah, all our meals were delicious and it was lovely catching up on everyone’s week over a meal 😊

We spent the rest of our afternoon at The National Theatre, where we were lucky enough to see the smash-hit Disney movie, High school musical.

The performance was infectious, joyful and had a fabulous cast! We were lucky enough to meet the performers as well! Overall a great day out.

Today was a fun adventure. First stop was lunch at pier 35 which is always amazing!

We then went to Scienceworks which was a great place to spend the afternoon. We enjoyed the light and Planetarium show and of course the sports works. 💪

Yesterday, our Fit for life had a fabulous day at the event Maling Road AutoClassico.

Showcasing more than 300 hand-selected classic and exotic vehicles it was a great outing in the sunshine 🌞

Wow what an amazing adventure today was at Kryal Castle! 🏰

We loved seeing all the different dogs dressed up, watching the show with incredible Knights and horses as they battled in the championship Joust.

Axe throwing was a fun experience, archery and exploring the castle.

Overall a fabulous road trip!

Today has been a super fun day with our Fit for Life crew!

Our participants had an absolute blast at a new venue, mini golf at Hole in one. The 9 holes are inspired by the world’s biggest games, movies, and pop culture icons.

From learning sportsmanship skills taking turns, patience, physical skills such as hand eye coordination, balance and stability it was a great day.

We finished off the day playing some skill testing games, winning prizes!

Well first of all GO THE BLUES!

For the first time ever, our Saturday group was invited to watch the match directly by the Carlton football club and AFL at Marvel to see the AFL match, Carlton vs Fremantle.

We stopped for lunch also at Friends of fire, all meals were delicious and staff were super accommodating!

What an amazing afternoon! We really enjoyed watching Carlton win!

Today has been a fun and educational day with our Fit for Life crew.

We stepped back in time and attended the ROME - Empire, Power, People Exhibition. We had our own tour guide who was great telling us about the history.

We saw ancient Roman artifacts and learnt about their daily life. With over 150 original items from the period spanning the 1st to 3rd century CE are presented, making its inaugural display in this city. We learnt the history of gladiators and saw different statues, mosaics, paintings and coins.

We enjoyed our lunch at Bentleigh RSL.

Overall a fabulous day.
