Life Member. Ironman. New York Marathon finisher. Hawthorn supporter.

Simon has been part of BTC since 2003 and, more than 20 years later, he's still turning up, still racing, and still chasing new goals, including a sneaky crack at qualifying for the 70.3 World Championships.

Huge congratulations to BTC member Bill Bardsley on yet another outstanding performance - this time at the Brisbane Marathon!

Finishing in 3:48:10, he came 2nd in the M70 age group. He broke the M70 course record by 8 minutes, and his time was 15 minutes quicker than the winner in a younger age group.
