“At Seido, I want to create a secure place for anyone of any age or physical ability to train and learn. At Seido, we all train as a family. Cooperation, not competition, is the key word. The real competition is with yourself. The only requirement is that you give your absolute best effort at all times.”

Today's tournament update.
23 November 2019
We have recently been advised by South Oakleigh Secondary College that they are also running a large event today - so parking on school grounds might be challenging. However, there is a lot of unrestricted parking in the nearby side streets (Norma Ave, Joyce Ave, Beryl Ave) so you may have to park there and walk to the school. Looking forward to seeing you all soon!

Apologies for the short notice.

We have seen this over the years with kids doing karate over their exam times. The one who stick to their weekly routines usually do better or find it easier to deal with stress.

Parents should not stop children playing sport in the run up to exams because it has no impact on results, a new study suggests.
