Torso control and a little bit of arm work, it’s defiantly more difficult to control the lower back with weights in your hands, if you feel your lower back fatigue
Take a break (hug your knees) and try again.

10 Day Challenge …
I like the shoulder work together with the squat to get the cross body work. The torso has to to work to keep you in nice alignment when you work one side.
Quick little work out but a goodie
