It’s been a huge few weeks for our Barbell 4017 crew, and we’re incredibly proud of everyone who stepped onto the platform representing our club! 💪🏋️

QWA U15 & Youth State Championships
🥈 Paige – 2nd
🥉 Emma – 3rd

Today both girls showed fantastic composure and determination, earning well-deserved podium finishes in their respective divisions. The future is looking bright! 🌟

A couple of weeks ago we also had athletes competing at the AWF Masters and UMWF Championships:

🥈 Lou – 2nd at both AWF Masters & UMWF
🥉 Brodie – 3rd at UMWF
👏 Huge performances from Lee-Anne and Zac, who both lifted exceptionally well in their divisions.

Whether it’s a podium finish, a personal best, or simply having the courage to step onto the competition platform, we’re proud of every one of our athletes. Your hard work, consistency and commitment continue to inspire our entire community.

Big shout out to coach Cooper on his awesome efforts, passion, dedication and for travelling to Adelaide as a QLD State team coach! 🧡💙

What a day for the Forty17 Fitness Crew! 🔥🏆
Massive congratulations to our incredible athletes who represented us at the Masters HQ QLD Semi Finals.
Podium finishes in all their divisions:
🥉 Olivia – 3rd Place
🥇 Rob – 1st Place
🥈 Lou – 2nd Place

An unbelievable effort from all three, earning their place at the Masters HQ National Championships in Williamstown this August! 🇦🇺

What makes us most proud isn’t just the podium finishes. It’s the months of consistency, hard work, resilience, and the support they show each other every step of the way. They represent everything our community is about.

Congratulations Rob, Lou and Olivia! We’re all proud of you. 💙🧡
