Every Saturday morning, our littlest members take to the mats.

Guppies sessions are designed for ages 2–4, but there’s something pretty special about them for the parents too.

With parents on the mats and involved in the session, it becomes 30 minutes of genuine quality time together- learning, playing, moving and building confidence side by side.

For our Guppies, it’s the beginning of those all-important fundamentals. For parents, it’s a chance to be right there beside them as they learn.

We have welcoming group of women that come together every Monday and Wednesday afternoon for our dedicated women’s classes.

Led by Coach Linzi, these classes are designed to provide a comfortable, supportive place to build skills, confidence and fitness.

Happy 12th Birthday Coach Heidi 🥳

We couldn’t be prouder of this young lady and all that she does for our community. She’s on the mats every single day after school helping coach and then doing her own training, she doesn’t stop and is always showing up with kindness and respect. The younger children look up to her, her peers respect her immensely and she’s coming for the adults 😉

One partner. No breaks. Kids and adults on the mat together and every single one of them finished it.

Tonight was the first time we opened Happy Hour up to our older juniors, and they came ready. No hesitation, no quitting early. Just an hour of honest work alongside the adults who've been doing this for years.
