What are the classes?
⭐Beginners and stretch are all absolute beginner friendly.
🔹Pole classes are levelled except for pole mix which is an open level class.
💫Aerials classes are suitable for people who have progressed from beginners.
🤸‍♀️Heels and contemporary are dance choreography classes that use the pole.
🤱Mums & Bubs - A class for post partum mums where babies are welcome.
