PLANT BASED NOURISHMENT ✨
Wholefoods plant based foods to nourish my body and mind! I love to make my meals look and taste delicious, full of fibre and nutrients. It’s important to have a source of Protein, Carbohydrates and healthy Fats at every meal, and to fill up on high fibre fruit & veggies for satiety and micronutrients 🥒 🥦
My lunches of late look like this:
Protein source: 150g Tempeh 🫘
Carbs: 100g Sweet Potato 🍠
Fats: 50g Avocado + 30g Hommus + Hemps seeds sprinkled on top 🥑
Fibre: Baby spinach + cucumber 🥒
Flavour: Nutritional yeast flakes + lemon juice or balsamic vinegar 🍋
CALS: 467
Protein: 32g
Carbs: 27g
Fats: 23g
