I just wanted to share a huge milestone for the unstoppable Suz Blackadder . Since the 13th of February this year, Suz has lost over 30kg and we aren’t done here yet 💪🏻. In the new year, we are switching to more strength based training to focus on shape as well as building her metabolic rate even higher than we have already achieved.
Suz signed up for the 8 week challenge at the start of the year, and not only blew me away with her dedication but also results.
Suz now follows my weekly meal plans during the week, but enjoys two days of intuitive eating over the weekends. This is so important to incorporate so you don’t miss out on family celebrations, socialising and events. Don’t get me wrong, she worked hard to get herself where she is today - but she is walking, talking fabulous proof that if you want something bad enough, you can make it happen - without sacrificing life along the way.
I am honoured that she has trusted me since get go and will continue on with me all around AUS.
You are an inspiration Suz, to not only me but everyone around you!
