Monday - Friday 8 am - 4 pm
30 - 60 Minute Sessions. 1, 2 or 3 People Per Session.
Covering Many Different Fitness Styles.
Boxing
Kickboxing
Cardio/HITT
Strength and Conditioning
Mixture of any of the above and more.
All Evening Sessions Are Booked and Some Off The Daytime Slots Are Filling Up Quickly.
Taught By a Qualified Martial Arts Coach And Personal Trainer
