The Department of Health has listed new tier one exposure sites in Sale and Traralgon.

⏰ Pastry and Pieces Bakery in Raymond Street. The exposure window is Tuesday October 19, from 10:30 to 4:15.

⏰ Kiah Schoen Beauty and Lovism Hair both at 45 Traralgon Maffra Road are exposure sites on Wednesday, October 20 from 9:30 to 1pm, Thursday, October 21 from 9:30am to 8pm and on Friday, October 22 from 9:30am to 7pm.

If you have been to a tier one exposure site, the Department of Health advises you to get tested immediately and quarantine for 7 days from exposure if fully vaccinated or 14 days if not fully vaccinated.

Today, Latrobe has recorded 23 new COVID-19 cases with a total of 380 active cases in the region. Baw Baw has recorded five new cases with a total of 209 active cases. Bass has two new cases and 35 active cases in the region. East Gippsland has recorded one new case, with 32 active. South Gippsland hasn't recorded any additional cases today with 21 active and Wellington has recorded two new active cases and 19 cases in the LGA.

Central Gippsland Health has set up a new drive-through testing site in Sale at the Gippsland Regional Sports Complex. The site is open from 9.30am – 3pm and no appointments are required.

A Victorian Government spokesperson says regional Victorians need to cancel plans to play sport this weekend.

"The situation in Melbourne and across regional Victoria is extremely concerning. Advice will be provided to government tomorrow morning and all options are on the table. In the interests of not contributing to any further spread of the virus, all community sporting leagues across regional Victoria are asked to immediately cancel their activities for this weekend."
