Finally some proper hockey weather! 🌧️ the pitch looked more like a swimming pool than a hockey field at times but all teams played great hockey in great spirit!

U10 won 9-0 - Archer x 5, Archie x 2, Ari & Caleb
U12 won 1-0 - Archer
U14 won 6-1 - Jess x 3, Bowen x 2, Charlie
U16 won 2-0 - John & Eamon
U18 won 2-1 - Stu x 2
Women drew 2-2 - Ash & Isis
Open lost 0-9

Please note Kiosk roster attached. Be at the ground 30 minutes before your game time for warm up and coaches chat. PLEASE CONFIRM YOUR AVAILABILITY ON HEJA ASAP.

Training:
Stick to hockey (including U10/12) - 4:15-5pm
Junior - 5-6pm
Senior - 6-7pm

The club would like to remind all members and families that the team bench is for officials and players only. There should be no spectators sitting in the team area.

A fun road trip to Orbost today- whilst some experienced grass hockey for the first time, others experienced their first ever games of hockey - Bruce (U14) and Hannah (women’s)!
Great efforts from all involved.

A special moment where mother and daughter took to the field together for the first time, as Jess did an amazing job playing not only in U14 but also in U16 and making her senior debut in the women’s! What a superstar!!

Team List for this week. Please note Opens game is 7pm start at GRSC v Latrobe Valley. Also note the early start time for the women's being 1pm as no U18 game this week. As always please be at the ground 30 minutes before to allow for warm up and coaches chats.

5-6 - junior training
5.30-6.15 - final women in2 hockey session
6-7 - senior training.
