First fully equipped full time martial arts studio in Port Stephens, offering Self Defence and WTF & ITF Tae Kwon Do training to all ages from 4 to the young at heart. We are teaching Hapkido, classes for 12 years old and up, private Gumdo classes

Training days for this year:-

Morning self defence -
Tuesday and Thursday, 9:30 - 11:30am

Tae Kwon Do classes -

Juniors, 4 - 8 years old
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday,
4:20 - 5:20pm

Seniors, 8 years- any age
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday
5:30 - 7:30pm

Hapkido 12 years and above
Wednesday, 5:30 - 7:00pm.

Another year has passed and looking forward to 2026.
December grading and presentations done.
Special award for most improved student of the year going to Emily Geale
Outstanding efforts by all students throughout the year.
Most improved female, male and junior went to Lucy, Noel and Luca.
Best attendance for the year Noel.
Looking forward to returning to training on the 12th January.
May everyone enjoy there time off for holidays.
