🌿 Just a reminder that I will be running the CORE ACTIVATION
SESSION 8.10 - 8.30am this TUESDAY.
🌿 During this session I teach you how to separate and activate the different muscles that make up the BODY'S CORE.
🌿 Class starts as normal at 8.30am (Thursday is just class @ 8.30)
