What a fantastic weekend at our Teachers Seminar! 💙

It was so lovely catching up with fellow teachers, sharing ideas, refining our work, and continuing to perfect technique and routines for the year ahead.

We are feeling inspired and excited to bring everything we have learnt back to class and continue helping our members grow in confidence, strength, and skill. We can’t wait to see everyone in class this week!

And to top it all off, our team even took out the trivia win, always nice to start the weekend on a high! 🏆😆

Happy Mother’s Day to all the beautiful mums, nanas and mother figures in our Physie family.

Thank you for the early mornings, the costume sewing, the endless lifts to class, the cheering from the audience, the pep talks, hugs and unconditional support. Our girls are so lucky to have you beside them every step of the way.

Today we pause to remember and honour the brave men and women who have served, and continue to serve, our country.

ANZAC Day is a time to reflect on the courage, sacrifice, mateship, and spirit shown by our servicemen and women, past and present.

We are grateful for the freedoms we have because of their service and dedication.

Lest We Forget 🌺
