This is Dylan
Dylan has been with me for around 2 years now and it is crazy to think of how many things he has been able to accomplish with me in those 2 years! When Dylan first came to me he told me his goal was to “Lose Weight”! I was baffled and quickly taught Dylan that “Losing Weight” was the wrong approach for himself as he had already lost a lot of weight before joining the gym! And in doing so without the help of a PT he had lost a lot of a lot of muscle tone, my plan was to bring his weight back up BUT the right way! With this goal I also had to improve his mobility and posture because we needed to build muscle but without improving his mobility and posture we wouldn’t of been able to use the exercises needed to create a hypertrophic (muscle building) response! Lastly we went over his eating and what things we needed to improve for him to be making the most of his training! 2 years later with a lot of ups and downs he is doing so incredibly well, he amazes me every session as I often think back to the Dylan I first met and feel proud to have been about of his incredible journey!

“Life before PT was weighing roughly in the low 60kgs had no muscle tone, wasn’t eating enough and was eating the wrong foods. I got into pt to change this. I wanted someone to continually push me and press me to do better!For the last 2 years Ki has been my PT and with his help I’ve put on 10 healthy kilograms and most of that being muscle! When I first started PT with Ki I was unable to do most exercises due to my bad posture! Ki helped improve my posture so I could perform these exercises that were to dangerous for me to perform previously! I have recently been able to Squat 120kgs!! And Deadlift 130kgs!! I hope to improve upon these movements by continually pushing myself to do better every time I walk into the gym”
