I am a mother of two and I understand on a personal level how hard it can be to find the motivation to train or even leave your little one, this way you don’t have to & I can help you achieve your fitness goals with baby by your side! I want to motivate mums & other Women to get back into shape, while having fun, meeting other mums & bubs and making new friends.
