Today I wanted to celebrate one of my clients Benji
i I First started working with Benji when he was 14.

He did not know anything about the gym and wanted to learn how to gain some muscle. Benji started training with me weekly.

He quickly progressed passed basic workouts to more complex and challenging exercises. It wasn’t long before we started seeing improvements in his physique and confidence.

Now Benji is able to lift tripple what he was able to when he first started training.

I am incredibly proud of all the hard work and dedication Benji has put in during this journey.

He has pushed himself through many struggles and challenges, and I could not be prouder of him. I look forward to watching him continue to grow and achieve his goals.
