Ahead of the Game is coming to Sorrento!

Delivered by the Danny Frawley Centre, this is a fantastic e health literacy workshop designed for parents & coaches.

The session focuses on building knowledge around mental health, helping adults recognise when young people may sbe facing challenges, & providing practical skills to support them. It also helps explain the difference between typical teenage behaviour & signs that may indicate a young person needs extra support.

🕖 7:00pm – 7:45pm
📍 David MacFarlan Reserve Sorrento

We encourage all parents & coaches to attend if possible. This session is designed specifically for adults, so we ask that children do not attend. We appreciate your understanding & support in helping create the best environment for this important discussion.

Supporting the wellbeing of our young people is just as important as supporting them on game day.

GAME DAY FOR OUR RIPPLES!

The wait is over for our littlest Waves! Tonight our gorgeous Ripples run out on the ground at Crib Point to vs South Mornington with a 6:00pm start.

We can’t wait to see those big smiles, excited faces & growing confidence as they continue to learn, play and have fun with their teammates. Every week they amaze us with how much they improve & most importantly, how much they enjoy being part of the Waves family.

Good luck Ripples — have the best time out there tonight. We are so proud of each & every one of you!

Their support helps make a real difference to our players, families and club community, & we’re so grateful to have them backing the Waves.

There’s plenty happening across the second half of the season & we’d love to see everyone get involved.

From Super Sundays, raffles & trivia nights to our Mid-Season Dinner, Bunnings BBQ & Presentation Day, there’s something for every player, family member, supporter & sponsor.

These events are a huge part of what makes our club special. They bring us together, help support the season, & create memories that last well beyond game day.
