Hi & welcome to Creative Fitness Australia, my name is Aleisha & I have lived in North Ryde my whole life, so I am well and truely able to say Im a local of the area. I have been involved in the arts my whole life, I started dancing at the age of 4 & was lucky enough to be able to make a living from it right up until I had kids. ving the kids. My love for fitness has always been there which was a natural extension from my dancing, I lived at the Gym for 12yrs, doing as many classes as I could fit in around the kids. It was just after the birth of my last child that I was introduced to my first outdoor bootcamp class & the rest as they say is history. I never went back to those 4 walls of the gym & fell in love with working out amongst nature. Slowly it became clear to me that this is now what I want to do with my life so I enrolled with The Australian Institute of Fitness and completed my Cert 3 & Cert 4 in Fitness & Personal Training. I have also completed my Group Fitness Course, the Punch Fit boxing course, and level 1 & 2 in Kettlebells & have graduated with a Master Trainer title. I am now so excited to see my dream of running my own business coming to life at the moment, I am already working as a Personal Trainer and have had plenty of experience running fun, creative, ever changing bootcamp classes. I have classes that cater for all levels of experience, just starting out, or coming back to exercise after time off, or even if your at an advanced level. I have classes for guys & girls & one of my favourites is our early morning 6am Tradies & Ladies Bootcamp where you can fit your workout in before work. For our Mums & Bubs we have 9.30am classes which give you time to drop the older kids at school & then bring the bubs with you so they can watch on the side, and future plans of having a nanny there to look after the children while you work out. Our Super Saturday Early morning 6.15am Bootcamp is designed to let you workout before the kids are even awake & have you back in the house before all the sport begins for the day. My goal is to help you reach yours, so come down & give it a go, & enjoy getting fit outdoors.
