Been “Going to start Monday” for a few Mondays now? I have some spots available for people wanting to finally take the first step towards improving their health and working towards their goals.

Can be 1:1, bring a friend and make it cheaper (plus you get an accountability buddy) or can also do a small group.

I can say that this incredible woman has had a big, BIG transformation. Her story isn’t just about losing kilos and centimeters, but more about the strength, confidence and life she has gained.

To say I’m proud doesn’t do her justice. I am honored and inspired by you Melissa Dunlop.

Hard work, dedication and consistency for the past 12months has paid off and I look forward to the next part of your journey.
