Hello everyone,

If you feel like standing for a comittee position at our AGM today, it is a requirement of government that you bring your blue card and present it at the meeting.

Good Morning EVERYONE, Our AGM is 5pm this afternoon at our sports oval. I will start the meeting & after the treasurers report hand over to our local Councilor Shane Rendalls for voting of our new 2026 committee.
Nomination for President : Jordie Hill, a very sporty person who has played in our Adults team when we were in the Sunday Commercial League. His son Sebastian has now joined up with our sea horse`s.
Nomination for Vice President : Pete Phillips who will take a mini roo`s coaching course to help Nicky as we set up an under 10`s in the FQ League with PJ his son being a part of that. Looking ahead we hope other Parents will join in the 2 hour course so we even have a chance of setting up an under 9`s team. I myself will run again for Secretary & coach the under 12`s.
We will have our first members meeting early November to outline our road ahead & look forward to ALL Parents & Children`s views including getting coaching & reffing courser`s on the island. Sally Hayes has said she would again stand as Grounds Person & Fund raiser, in recent years I was usually the last to leave but Sally has been making sure ALL children had left the oval safely. She also been making sure the teams had fruit at half time. There will be other positions where we hope Parents will step up to keep this a Family orientated club. ALL Parents who signed up their child can vote, a signed register of ALL attending will be recorded.

THURSDAY,THE 16TH OF OCTOBER AT 5PM
at the sport field.

Due to certain circumstances,Phil, the manager of our local bowls club will chair this AGM.
All positions will be vacant and voting will be anonymous.

Hi all, November 2nd will be last games on Lamb for year. Esther would like to play these games at 3.30 to 530pm followed by Christmas sunset BBQ. Bring plate, family and make an evening of it.
For those interested I am considering another Kayak adventure from Kennedy boat ramp to Lamb island with fishing on arrival, bring tinnies, boats, kayaks. Same day early start(negotiable) 8 am to 9am tide dependant. Contact Shane if this floats your boat.

Sunday`s game tomorrow at 10am will be without a few Macleay player`s. But I am sure enough will turn up to make a fun game, just bring a change of shirt (red) as will be hot with bibs. see you tomorrow from 9.30am to set up the pitch.
