The fields are looking unreal, the sun is out, and we’re ready for another big day of junior rugby league at Runaway Bay.

Good luck to all our teams taking the field today. Play hard, support your teammates, respect the refs, and enjoy the day.

A quick reminder for all teams helping in the canteen today: please make sure your volunteers sign in on the canteen sign-in sheet when they arrive. This helps us keep track of support across the day and makes things much easier for the volunteers coordinating everything.

Thanks again to every parent, coach, manager, player, sponsor and volunteer who helps make game days at Runaway Bay possible.

📣 Volunteers Needed – Social Media & Grants Support

Runaway Bay Juniors is looking for a few experienced people who may be willing to volunteer some of their time on a regular basis to help support the club.

We are especially looking for people with experience in:

🔹 Social Media
Helping with content ideas, posts, photos, promotion of club events, sponsor recognition, and general communication.

🔹 Grant Applications
Helping identify suitable grant opportunities and assist with preparing and submitting applications to help secure funding for the club.

These roles do not need to take up a huge amount of time, but regular support from people with the right experience would make a massive difference to the club and our junior rugby league community.
