A massive congratulations to these boys, their coaches, staff and families. The work that goes into a season like this happens long before Grand Final day — the training sessions, the setbacks, the hard conversations, and turning up for each other week after week.

Today they got their reward.

You represented Runaway Bay with pride and showed exactly what it means to do things the Bay Way.

PROUD OF OUR UNDER 16 DIV 2 BOYS ❤️🤍💙

Not the result we wanted today, but nothing about one game changes what this group has achieved this season.

To make a Grand Final is something to be incredibly proud of, and these boys represented Runaway Bay brilliantly all year.

They kept turning up, kept competing and earned the right to play on the biggest day of the season.

Congratulations to every player, coach, staff member and family who contributed to the year.

It hurts today, and that’s footy. But when the disappointment settles, we hope these boys look back on this season and realise just how much they achieved together.

Happy Father’s Day to all our amazing Bay Dads! 💙❤️

Today we celebrate the dads, granddads and father figures who are always there — driving to training, cheering from the sideline, coaching and training our teams, acting as Duty Officials, delivering first aid, setting up the grounds and doing all the little things that help make our club what it is.

Our players had a few special messages they wanted to share with you. 🥹🏉

Thank you for the time, support, encouragement and love you give both on and off the field.
