Dear members and community,

With great sadness, we share the passing of David Elleway.
A much-loved part of our club, David played over 200 senior games of footy and spent many years on the tennis court.
He will be deeply missed, and we send our heartfelt condolences to his family.

A wake will be held at the club following the funeral service on Friday 1st May. We are honoured to support the family and provide afternoon tea and refreshments.

Contributions of something sweet or savoury for afternoon tea would be greatly appreciated. These can be delievered to the club at training on Thursday or by arrangement.

And that’s a wrap on the 2025/26 cricket season! 🏏

𝗔 𝗯𝗶𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗸𝘀 to our COACHES and CAPTAINS - 𝗕𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀, 𝗛𝗮𝗻𝗸, 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗰 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗱𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗻 - for the time and effort you put into the teams throughout the season.

Thank you also to the many volunteers who help make our club run each week - umpiring and scoring, helping out with catering and the bar and maintaining the oval.

A special thank you to our 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗛𝗮𝗿𝗿𝘆 and 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗧𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲 for the work you do behind the scenes to keep everything organised and running smoothly.
