Saturday nights dinner Hoki, Sweet Potato and I added Asparagus, Broccoli and spinach. Outstanding meals from Below 360
It’s all about balance. Was spoilt last night by my close friends Nigel Eveleigh and Mel Eveleigh. Best thing about meeting friends from the puss is it was like yesturday we were sailing out of NZ together. You guys are amazing and can’t wait until we do this again. They cooked an amazing feed for myself and my handsome son. I indulged and was happy doing so but today I was back on nutrition. Had an awesome sparring session and feed my body accordingly. We don’t need to eat to be full Team. Our body only requires 3-4 hours worth of clean food to keep our metabolism burning. The secret to weight loss is eating and eating clean food that your gut can digest before your body has the chance to store. Don’t skip meals team. You aren’t doing your body any favours and want succeed in achieving your weight loss goal.
