Accelerate Strength Become the fittest and strongest you’ve been in any stage of your life 💪 Accelerate Strength is a CrossFit gym based in Rozelle in Sydney’s Inner west.

We offer a wide range of fitness and nutrition services including CrossFit, Strongman, Gymnastics, Weightlifting, Endurance, Seniors Classes, Online Programming, Personal Training, Remote Coaching and Nutrition Coaching. Although based in Rozelle we have members travelling to us from across Sydney and the inner West including Balmain, Balmain East, Birchgrove, Leichhardt, Ashfield, Drummoyne, Haberfield, Pyrmont, Glebe, Rodd Point, Russel Lea, Forrest Lodge, Chiswick and Five Dock.

A lot of people still overlook mitochondrial health — thinking it’s just about energy. But it’s not. It’s about life.

Mitochondria aren’t just tiny power plants in your cells — they are your body’s biological engine room.
They produce ATP, the fuel for everything: lifting, thinking, healing, even aging.

If your mitochondria decline, so does your energy, performance, immune function, and brain clarity.

With age, mitochondria produce less ATP and leak free radicals — triggering inflammation and cellular breakdown.

But here’s the good news: you can train your mitochondria like you train your strength.
Exercise, balanced nutrition, quality sleep, and proper recovery stimulate mitochondrial biogenesis.
