Hi all
We have a special guest instructor visiting us this Thursday. Kyoshi Rohan and some of his students will be joining us. Kyoshi will be running through some BJJ ground fighting basics. This is something that is being implemented into our Zen Do Kai syllabus so I encourage you all to attend and take advantage of the great skills Kyoshi has.

A fantastic session tonight. After a decent warm up from Sensai James, a stretch by Dai Sempai Peter and some HIIT exercises from Dai Sempai Vladimir we moved on to pad work. We then did some self defence applications before moving into multiple attack defences
