I’ll take you through some typical milestones…
DAY 3
You’re already feeling really good…😍 starting to find your groove and understand how everything works.
DAY 7
I’m nagging you to eat MORE food 😅
(Yes… this is true for most people!)
DAY 14
Results are becoming really visible now.
You may not fully see them yet… but everyone around you does 🔥
People start commenting.
Your clothes fit differently.
Your energy is better.
You start realising this actually works.
DAY 21
Measurements with me.
This is where clients can clearly see — across multiple measurement methods — that they’ve lost fat AND built muscle.
And yes… this is usually where the glutes start popping 🍑😍
The funny thing is… we haven’t even “targeted” that area specifically.
This is simply how I train women at RealFitt.
From here, my clients are usually SO motivated because now they can physically SEE the changes happening.
