A bit about me…

I yo-yo dieted since I was 13, I have done every fad diet out there, in 2018 I knew I had to make a change.

I got told I was pre-diabetic, I didn’t want to leave my house, I was ashamed and exhausted of carrying that extra weight.

Over time I formed a better relationship with food, I fell in love with exercising and have now maintained and live a healthy, balanced lifestyle.

I never want women to feel the way I felt and I want to help them avoid or get out of being in an unhealthy lifestyle.

I had bbq chicken, avo, vermicelli noodles on mine but add anything you want! Get creative.

Doesn’t look appetising but… tastes amazing! Sugar free chocolate on rice cakes. I don’t know about you guys but at 3pm ...

I don’t know about you guys but at 3pm when I get hungry, carrot sticks just don’t cut it. It is tempting to reach for the chocolate or chips. Make sure you have a snack that nourishes your needs.

Went on an awesome bush walk with mum yesterday, it’s so good having the National Park on our doorstep.

The funniest part was when this lady fell into the creek and we said aww that would suck! Mum decided to slip into the creek shortly after for a swim too! Hahahaha
