Kindred Yoga offers classes, workshops and retreats for all. Bringing magic to the mat! I’m not your typical yogi.

I eat like everyone else, work in an office part of the week, listen to regular music, enjoy camping, 4WDing and seeing the parts of South Australia that call to me. Life is a juggle and there are so many moving parts. School runs, school lunches, shift working husbands (day/night) and also having regular Yoga Classes for our local community. I love to help those who are in the same boat as me as well as those with a road to recovery that Yoga can transform through practice and regularity.
