Had a great night last night at mtc Melbourne Taekwondo Centre - Diamond Valley. Thanks for having us!

MTC Rowville Head Instructor and Commando Krav Maga Instructor, Derek Upward, his son Fin and star student Cyanne made the long trek to our club to run a ground defence session for some of our Red and Black Belts last night.

Truly one of the most fun and educational nights we've had at the club this year.

We didn't take a group shot, or a lot of photos at all as we were too busy gaining valuable knowledge and adding tools to the belt.

Thank you so much, Derek, Fin and Cyanne for a wonderful night, for being amazing humans and for sharing your knowledge.

Oh, and once again, Happy Birthday for yesterday, Derek!

A memorable session last night!
Findlay and Michael, started this journey in 2019
Training together in Super Kid classes.
Now they are both CKM instructors.
Last night they worked together again to assess a student for their Level 1 CKM.
They did a fantastic job.
I am a happy and proud head instructor.
