Tomorrow is our 2nd annual charity powerlifting competition!
Every cent raised will be going to the Royal Children’s Hospital.
Here’s all the details for all competitors and spectators for tomorrow.

We are so excited to be announcing that we are raffling a 12 month FHF gym membership!
Entries are $10 each, if you would like to enter please let me know.
Every cent raised will be going to the Royal Children’s Hospital.
The winner will be announced on Saturday the 4th of November at our charity powerlifting competition.
Please come down to help support a great cause and get a chance to win some other amazing prizes.

HI GUYS!
Our Charity Powerlifting competition is coming up in 3 weeks.
We are so excited to the response we have had and how many competitors have signed up.
We are really hoping to smash the $5,000 we raised for the Smith Family last year, with every cent going to the Royal Children's Hospital this year.
For the day to run smoothly we need some volunteers who could help load weights and spot the lifters. Any help and time donated would mean so much ❤️

Introducing Jason our October member of the month!
Jason has been at FHF for a while now, he's super dedicated and seems to never miss a workout.
Most importantly Jason is a super nice guy who always has time to help out and ask how you are.
Next time you see him go up and say hi, he's definitely not the loudest guy in the gym but one of the nicest!
Every member of the month gets a $50 voucher. It's easily the best place to go for all your supplement needs and any advice.

Introducing Laura, our first member of the month!
Laura and her partner Matt have been training at FHF for a very long time.
Even now while being pregnant she hasn't slowed down, although she can't do her favourite exercise the hip thrust!
Each member of the month will receive a $50 voucher. This is our way of saying thank you for being such great members.

Our Charity powerlifting competition is approaching fast!
We’re only 12 weeks away.
The day is all about coming together as a community, supporting and lifting each other up and raising money for the Royal Children’s Hospital.
For anyone who is unsure or hesitant about entering, I guarantee you won’t regret it.
Every competitor will be helped and supported throughout the day. I promise you will be so proud of yourself.
Remember each and everyone of us all walked into the gym for the first time at one stage.
