Boogie Bounce Rowville & Clyde The sensational high energy, low impact workout to get fit, have fun and bounce yourself healthy.

Boogie Bounce uses High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T) techniques to maximise the most effective fat burning process in the cardio section, whilst using the pliable surface of the mat to perform a range of core stability exercises, thus engaging more of the deep core muscles. We’re back in full swing with new routines slowly being introduced this week.
This is the perfect time for beginners whilst we all learn the new routines as I will explain the combos in a little more detail (it also means slightly more break time for everyone 😂)

Somewhere along the way we were told workouts had to be serious, hard, and something we force ourselves to do.

But movement was never meant to feel like punishment. It was meant to feel like play.
