Hi there,
I am afraid that I have been given an offer to purchase (too good to refuse) on my motor glider, settling at the end of February 2024. I have been subsidising the business for over ten years now and have to cease. :(

I will be returning to Caboolture Gliding Club where I am a Life Member, and continue instructing. They have gift vouchers too.

Just purchasing more membership forms from the Gliding Federation only to find they have increased them by $5.00 to $40.00 per flight. I am really sorry to have pass this on.

At last! The service was finished last Friday and the check flight was done today in a beautiful sky before the smoke haze came in!
It is good to be back in Paradise! :)

Just letting you know that my last flight for six months will be this Saturday out to beautiful Moreton Island, weather permitting. I am taking long service leave and going to the northern hemisphere to enjoy their summer. I will be online intermittently and still able to provide gift vouchers for flights for when I return.
Will be back at the end of September to ensure that the annual maintenance is carried out as soon as possible.

At last! Absolutely beautiful weather today and the service happened yesterday, so after a quick test flight, we had two more flights. One was out to Moreton Island and a whale was there but not performing.

The wet weather has caused delays with getting the annual service of the motor glider, and further complicated by the engineers getting Covid!
Patience is not my middle name!
