Its true.. Practice really is everything.

I’m mid swing transition and honestly… the driver is testing me 😅

Limited hip + back mobility (plus slipped discs last year) means rotation isn’t exactly firing right now.

But golf isn’t just reps on the range or in the simulator… it’s the stretching, rehab, and boring stuff at home that no one sees.

Trust the process. Move forward. 🏌️‍♂️
