NOTICE TO ALL MEMBERS

Good afternoon members,

It has been brought to my attention that some club matters have been discussed by individuals who are not part of the committee. Club issues must remain within the committee, and it is not appropriate for non‑members or relatives to be involved in internal concerns.

Effective immediately, all issues and complaints must be submitted in writing via email to the committee. Written submissions ensure matters are handled properly and respectfully.

If you have questions about decisions that have already been made, please speak directly with either myself or the Vice President. Comments such as “Why is he playing?” or “Why is he not playing?” should not be passed around between members. Speaking negatively about others behind their backs is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.
