We would like to invite you to try us out.

Running from the 5th to the 10th of may we are opening up our gym so you can see what it’s like to train at Infinite. Everything will be included… Pilates, strength and conditioning, Hyrox, recovery centre! The gym is all yours.

Zone 2 training… is it right for you?

A blanket rule that zone 2 is either the best training method or the worst training method should not be taken!

Every individuals skill level, tolerance to exercise, genetics and goals vary… hence the training model you should be implementing will change.

Training varies immensely from your favourite NRL player to Noah Lyles or a 4 hour marathon runner… all training methods will vary. Make sure you pick the right one for you. The right program will either make or break you.

10 push press➡️ 5 push ups ✖️5 rounds

Section B
300 metre run ➡️ 15 squat jumps ➡️ 60 skips
As many rounds in 20 minutes

Running has become a huge training method over the last 3-5 years (we are a huge supporter of this). Gone are the days of booking your Marathon or half marathon ticket a couple of weeks before the event. Now you have to book months in advance.
With the sudden rise is running popularity comes the misinformation from influencers about how to run and what you should be doing to support your running.
Running a marathon or half marathon should be programmed correctly and have the supporting strength, mobility and recovery well handled.
Make sure you are fully prepped and ready to not only smash your PB’s but also be able to bounce back and continue to be able to run injury free.
