Hello Everyone and welcome to Honor Fitness

Portable Personal Training! Based on the Mornington Peninsula, my aim is to help you achieve your fitness goals for a healthier future as your 'portable' personal trainer. I focus more on using free weights training, body weight, outdoor activities and suspension training. With my one on one clients I will tailor make a training regime for you to suit your fitness ability and goals. All this will be assessed at the first consultation when we first meet as well as a postural analysis
