There’s something powerful about becoming someone you once thought you couldn’t be. ✨💪🏼

Because confidence doesn’t come from thinking about it.It comes from proving to yourself, over and over again, that you can do hard things!

Starting scared!
Training while doubting yourself!
Pushing through setbacks!
And still coming out stronger on the other side!

Most people never experience this version of themselves because they stop too soon.

The 2026 Kickstart Nutrition Challenge officially wrapped up and we could not be prouder of this group! 🥳

These last 6 weeks were a reminder that incredible results are possible when people stop chasing extremes and start focusing on consistency, accountability, and small daily actions.

Together, our challengers achieved:
🔥 47.2KG TOTAL LOSS
🔥 30% TOTAL BODY FAT LOSS
🔥 185CM LOST OVERALL

🏆 Best Body Transformation
A huge congratulations to , who embodied everything this challenge stood for from day one. Through busy work schedules, mum life, family holidays, and all the chaos life throws your way, she still achieved an incredible 6.2kg loss and 2.9% body fat reduction.

But more importantly than the numbers… she built confidence, momentum, and consistency that will last far beyond these six weeks.

Congratulations to , who proved that consistency beats perfection every single time. Despite shift work, injury recovery, family life, and adapting along the way, he still managed an incredible 451 points out of a possible 471. Your ability to listen to your body, stay adaptable, and continue refining your habits is a true reflection of long-term success!

We also want to give a very special mention to , who was one of the true quiet achievers throughout this challenge 👏🏼

Lily quietly kept showing up, staying consistent, and putting in the work behind the scenes across the full 6 weeks and by the end of the challenge had become a very close contender with some seriously impressive results!

But the biggest achievement?
The mindset shifts, habits built, confidence gained, and momentum created over these last 6 weeks.

Thank you to our challenger for being willing to challenge yourselves, step outside your comfort zones, and commit to positive change over these last 6 weeks. That takes courage, consistency, and vulnerability, and we are so proud of every single one of you for showing up and giving it a crack!

The biggest misconception about Beyond MVMNT? 👀

That you need to be fit before you start. Truthfully… most people who now call this place home once thought the exact same thing.

But meanwhile inside the gym…
Someone’s doing their very first box step up.
Someone’s rebuilding strength after injury.
Someone’s training through pregnancy.
Someone’s in their 80s learning to move confidently again.Someone’s chasing competition goals.
Someone’s just proud they showed up today.

All in the same room!
That’s what makes this community so special.

It’s not about all being the fittest.
It’s about showing up for yourself at whatever stage you’re at and being supported while you do it.Because no one starts confident.That part gets built here! 🤩

Progress doesn’t always look like PBs, heavier weights, or going full intensity.

- Sometimes progress looks like coming back after injury.
- Doing what you can instead of doing nothing at all.
- Adjusting sessions.
- Slowing down.
- Rebuilding habits.

And even though it can feel frustrating at times, these seasons matter too!

Because the goal isn’t perfection.
It’s staying connected to the routine, the movement, and the version of yourself that feels better for showing up! 💪🏼🤩
