It was wet and a little wild today. Was great to see our Rosebud Juniors giving it their all in our final round of grading today! We have a few weeks off to enjoy school holidays. We’ll see everyone back on court at the beginning of May! Let go Rosebud!!!

2026 Season Dates

Hello Rosebud Junior Netball club community,
The Get Active Kids Voucher Team are excited to announce that Round 10 of the Get Active Kids Voucher Program is open for applications. Eligible families can apply for a voucher or reimbursement now!

Important Dates
Round 10 closing date: 10am on 2 April 2026 or earlier if the budget allocation is fully exhausted.
Vouchers expiry date: Wednesday 29 April 2026.
Voucher redemption closing date: 20 May 2026.
Reimbursement expenditure dates: 1 January 2026 to submission of application​.

Eligible families can apply for a $200 voucher here to use at your club until voucher expiry. Your members will need to select your club when applying for a voucher and present it to you for reduced fees.

Your unique Activity Provider code is 3289565.

Share this code with your members to help them find your club when they apply for their voucher. We cannot change or reissue vouchers to a different activity provider.

If your members have already paid their fees, they can apply for reimbursement here for any fees paid from 1 January 2026 until the time of submitting their application.

Hi Rosebud Junior Netball Club Community
This coming WEDNESDAY (4/03/2026) we will be running a combination training and selections session.

CAN WE PLEASE HAVE THE U9s & 11s ATTEND FROM 4.30pm - 5.30pm, ON COURT 1: FOR A TRAINING STYLE SESSION.

AT THE SAME TIME (4.30PM) ON COURT 2, CAN WE PLEASE HAVE THE U13S, TO PARTICIPATE IN A COUPLE OF ROUND ROBIN STYLE GAMES TO FINALISE SELECTIONS. THIS SESSION WILL RUN UNTIL 6PM.

THE U15S AND 17'S WILL THEN COMPLETE THEIR SELECTIONS FROM 6pm - 6.30pm.

** We will also have the uniform table set up for any orders before we place an order for all other items (not dresses) like training singlets, bummer shorts, jumpers/hoodies etc.

Good morning RJNC families,
Thank you all for taking the time to attend and participate in last Wednesday's trials session.

For this week we are hoping to make things a little smoother for all, and would like to invite the U9's, U11's and U13's to attend for a 4.30pm start.

This time we will have the U9's and U11's participate in a training session with some trial games, whilst we have the U13's participate in their trial / selection session.

The U15's trial / selection session will kick off from 5.30pm (all going smoothly) with the plan to be finished by 6.15pm.

If for U13's and U15's your child needs to depart prior to the proposed end time, or might be a little late, please leave a message below with your child's name and age group.

We will have a uniform rack for dress try ons only, with the option of orders to be placed.

1. Fill out our pre-registration form. This assists us (and your player) to be placed in the most appropriate teams when it comes to team selections.

2. Fill out the registration form (this includes payment) This is the only payment required that covers all fees for the entire season. This includes weekly games and training. Equipment use and court hire. It also covers our weekly umpire fees, game day court fees, association cost and equipment usage.

3. Download Band. This is where we share regular communications for the club. We provide timely updates, documents and information for our members. This is a safe space for our community to share imagery of our players in action out on court! This is also where we have our team group chats for regular communication. This keeps all our netball information in one place - life is busy, we get it!

5. Information Handbook. Please read our information handbook- this is found in band app. This includes important information and season dates.

6. Attend Selections and come and try day! Come and try day is to break the ice, make everyone feel a little more comfortable and dust off the cobwebs before the season.
For selections, we'll warm up and get straight into gameplay! Please see flyers attached.

7. Uniforms. We will have some uniforms to try on at the come and try day. If you require a uniform, please ensure you order your size and pay for this ASAP. Payments for uniforms are currently paid for via bank transfer. Please refer to our handbook for further details.

Rosebud Junior Netball Club are hosting a Come and Try afternoon, and early bird sign up for the 2026 season.

We will be at Olympic Park Reserve netball courts on Wednesday the 3rd of December from 4:30-6pm.

It is the perfect chance to have a go, meet the committee and coaches, and explore a fun community and team atmosphere.

Bring a friend and join in for some skills, drills and games - plus pizza and soft drink for all participants.

Hello Rosebud Junior Netball community,

Thank you so much for your patience while we’ve transitioned to a new committee.

For those that were unable to attend, we held our Presentation Day and Annual General Meeting back in September, where we were all made aware that our previous committee members were unable to continue in their roles, and a new team was needed to carry the club forward. We’re so grateful for the time and effort the outgoing committee dedicated to the club, and we wish them all the very best for the future.

During the meeting, Natalie Jackson and I nominated for the Secretary and Vice President roles, and were both voted in. We also had strong interest in the Treasurer position, which has now been filled by Kendra Rizkallah. Finally, we’re very excited to announce and welcome Ali La Rocca as our new Club President!

As the new executive team, we’re looking forward to working together to bring fresh energy, ideas, and connection to the club and families within.

Our wider general committee will be meeting next week to begin planning for the 2026 season, so watch this space for updates as things get underway.

If you—or someone you know—would like to get involved, we’d love to have you join us. Fresh faces and new ideas are always welcome and help our club continue to grow and thrive.
