HOURS OF OPERATION
Monday - Friday 6am-1230pm
3pm-9pm
Saturday 8am-1130am
Sunday 10am-1pm.

We apologise for the inconvenience and hope to be back and running at 24 hours and notify all members when the restrictions are lifted.

CAPACITY
While the 24 hour visitations are restricted, the gym will increase to a new capacity of 30 people at any given time And adhering to the 1.5 metre distancing rule

SCREENING SIGN IN SHEET
A requirement for everyone’s safety, please fill in the “Screening Sign In Sheet”. It will be located on the grey chair at the front entrance. Although we have your information in regards to your personal details we will still ask that you fill in your;

Membership access card number which can be found on the card.
Your initials.
To circle yes or no if you have flu like symptoms. If you have flu like symptoms do not proceed into the gym and consult your doctor.

COVID MARSHALL
A Covid Marshall Will be present during staffed hours.
The duty of the Covid Marshall is to make sure all the rules are being adhered to by all staff and members. Anyone who repeatedly fails to obey or disregards the safety rules and safety of other will result in termination of their membership or employment
