Well done to all the fighters from Brisbane today. You should all be proud of yourselves. You took all the ups, downs and hiccups a day like today can throw at you.

Tomorrows class will be at suncorp stadium again. This hopefully will be the last one before restrictions are lifted again on Friday.

It's a fantastic way to improve your fitness and speed.

As last week, please bring a towel, your runners and some water.

See you all at 6:30 for one hour of fun.

Class this Wednesday the 13th is happening with some restrictions. You must wear a face mask to the Dojo and bow on with one. They can be removed when we start strenuous training however keep it handy as when we work in pairs you will be required to wear one.

You must complete the contact sheet. Your temperature will be taken before the class starts.
